A spacious room resolutely modern with 80 covers and split in two parts: La Table d’Annabelle and La Cuisine de Clément.

Under the veranda of the gastronomic restaurant “la Table d’Annabelle”, you will enjoy the sky and the view overlooking Hautvillers vineyards, the cradle of Champagne classified as one of UNESCO World Heritage sites.

“La Cuisine de Clément” welcomes you in a “bistronomic” and sharing style, in a friendly atmosphere.

The lounge space of the Champagne bar will allow you to discover Les Grains d’Argent list of Champagnes and to taste a glass of Champagne from wine-growers and Champagne House.

Did you know? Dom Pérignon came to St. Peter’s Abbey in the village of Hautvillers in 1668 where he developed the Champagne method.

Our new Chef, Alexis Supiot, invites you to taste local seasonal products, under the leadership of our Chef Consultant Frédéric Simonin.

Les Grains d’Argent offers also the luxury of a small private lounge inside the veranda of “la Table d’Annabelle” with a view overlooking Hautvillers and the hillsides of the Champagne region.

We are delighted to invite you to discover our cuisine from Tuesday to Saturday, noon and night from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and from 7:00 to 9:30 pm.

Our restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday.

By inviting you to discover “La Cuisine de Clément” Annabelle Hazard talks of a very trendy bistronomic cuisine by valuing a winning trio: good regional products, finest gastronomic techniques and convivial moments.

There words are often heard when you talk with her and Alexis Supiot, her Chief Executive… Both are fully in line with this new way of cooking that she likes to call “a sharing cuisine”.

Their definition fit perfectly: A simple, friendly, original and greedy cooking, using most of the time local products, in line with the seasons while respecting the environment… Of course, all of this at an affordable price.
